Responsibilities of a Waahtsy Local Partner
As a Local Partner, you will be the face of Waahtsy in your allotted Pin code. Your primary core responsibilities include:

Phase 1: Merchant & Merchant Onboarding Your first goal is to pitch, onboard, and register local service providers and business owners within your area to populate the platform.

KYC Verification & Activation Physically and digitally verify the KYC documents, business/office locations, professions, and categories of all onboarded vendors to activate their accounts safely.

Phase 2: Customer Acquisition Once a strong network of local merchants and service providers is established, your focus will expand to driving user app downloads and customer onboarding in your zone.

Training & Support Act as the local support hub. You will resolve doubts, run demonstrations, and train service providers, business owners, and app users on how to use the Waahtsy platform effectively.

Financial Operations Manage local fee collections, process payouts, and oversee day-to-day transaction handovers securely within your allotted territory.
Eligibility & Infrastructure Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
Personal Profile:

Strong basic knowledge of computers, mobile apps, and the internet.

Excellent communication skills to handle local vendors and customers.
Office Infrastructure:

Location: Must set up a brand-new, easily accessible, and highly visible office setup within your allotted pincode area.

Layout: The office must be well-furnished and feature a clean, professional visitor lounge/seating area for walk-in training and inquiries.

Connectivity: Equipped with computer and a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection and a printer / scanner.
